Explore the partner levels
Comex has 3 partner levels. Each level reflects the degree of cooperation, commitment, and mutual growth. The more intensive the collaboration and the stronger the performance, the more extensive the benefits. These include higher discounts, additional project benefits, and targeted marketing support.
1. Authorized partner
Authorized Partner is the entry level within the Comex partner program. This level is intended for organizations that work with FAST LTA systems on a project basis and have the potential to build a partnership.
Base discount
Hardware: 8%
Software: 8%
Care: 0%
With approved project registration you will receive additionally:
+10% on hardware and software
+2.5% on care
There are no minimum turnover or training requirements. Project registration and active cooperation form the basis for further growth within the program.
2. Preferred partner
Preferred Partner is intended for certified partners who structurally position FAST LTA in the market.
Requirements:
– Minimum turnover of €50,000 in the last 4 quarters
– Minimum of 2 confirmed project registrations
– Minimum of 1 trained sales employee (annually) and 1 technical training (biennially)
Base discount:
Hardware: 10%
Software: 10%
Care: 5%
With approved project registration you will receive additionally:
+10% on hardware and software
+2.5% on care
Preferred Partners demonstrate commitment and actively contribute to mutual growth.
3. Strategic partner
Strategic Partner is the highest level within the Comex partner program and is intended for partners with strong commercial and technical involvement.
Conditions:
– Minimum €250,000 turnover in the last 4 quarters
– Minimum of 4 confirmed project registrations
– Minimum of 1 sales (annually) and 1 technical (biennially) certified employee
Base discount:
Hardware: 12%
Software: 12%
Care: 5%
With approved project registration you will receive additionally:
+10% on hardware and software
+2.5% on care
Strategic Partners work intensively with Comex and position FAST LTA as a strategic part of their portfolio.
