An agent receives a task and can break it down into several steps. During execution, the agent can gather information, use connected tools, check intermediate results, and proceed based on those findings.

Because these processes take place on the local appliance, the agent’s intermediate steps do not need to be processed by an external AI service.

This is crucial when AI is used for processes involving personal data, business-sensitive information, intellectual property, or other confidential data.

Permissions from connected data sources can also be inherited and automatically updated. This ensures that existing information security remains leading.

An administrator can manage the platform without automatically gaining access to the queries and activities of users.

Near-zero hallucinations

Silent AI Pro uses Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to base answers on connected company information.

With these answers, the user receives citations to the original sources. When insufficient information is available to support an answer, the system indicates this instead of filling in missing information itself.

This keeps results more verifiable when AI is used in processes where traceability is important.

Yes. Silent AI Pro can connect to identity providers such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and Google Workspace. Permissions from connected data sources can also be inherited.

A user and the AI working on behalf of that user therefore only gain access to information for which the correct permissions are in place.

Are there costs per token or prompt?

No. Silent AI Pro does not work with a pay-per-use model where every prompt or token is billed separately.

Silent AI supports sources such as SMB file shares, SharePoint, Confluence, Exchange, Nextcloud, PDF files, and internal web pages. Additional connectors and Tools can also be used to connect the AI workspace to business systems.
